Returns & Exchanges

At Prints Limited, we want you to love your home decor; if your new artwork isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your prints in their original protective tubing or flat-pack boxes to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned artwork, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
